PingTools is one of my favorite tools to monitor and manage the network on an android device. Using the PingTools app, you can ping the network, check network configuration, scan ports, scan WiFi networks, lookup whois details, calculate IP addresses, lookup DNS, etc. The good thing about Ping Tools is that it lets you monitor network usage and even supports the wake on LAN feature. For a general user, PingTools is a must have app.
3. dSploit – Penetration Testing tool
dSploit is widely used by professionals in penetration testing environment to do a variety of things like Router PWN (exploit router), trace network, scan ports, find vulnerabilities in networks, to check router login details, MITMs (Man In The Middle Attack), etc.

Unlike Windows and Mac, there is no straightforward way to see WiFi password on Android. But luckily, if you have a Rooted Android, you can use this app to recover password for all the WiFi network you have ever connected to.
